Went to Uni here in 2000, its a much better place than everyone thinks. Easily has the best waterfront
of any city in the UK, it's actually a huge natural harbour rather than a shabby port. City has Cornwall on its doorstep,
Dartmoor behind it and also the South Hams and the English Riviera round the corner. A fairly big university, national marine aquarium
and the wonderful Barbican... basically a larger version of a Cornish fishing town harbour.
Much much more than a city like Portsmouth
or Southampton. Some of the new architecture has a style unlike anywhere else in the UK. Everyone who went to uni there loved it.
